Store eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. Information supplied at checkout must be current, complete, and accurate.
Professional-use products
Products identified for professional use, including eyelash extension adhesive, primer, bonder, remover, fibers, and precision tools, are intended for trained professionals. Follow all labels, instructions, professional training, and local requirements. Do not use professional adhesive on yourself.
Products and pricing
We try to describe products and display colors accurately, but screens and lighting vary. Prices, product availability, and product details may change without notice before an order is accepted. We may limit or cancel quantities where reasonably necessary, including suspected resale abuse or fraud.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to verify information or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled. Shipping and returns are governed by the policies linked in the footer.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, violate law, infringe intellectual property, submit false information, or use the service to harm others.
Intellectual property
Store design, original images, product copy, brand names, and other content are owned by or licensed to Soft Reason and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Soft Reason is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
