Are Soft Reason products for professionals?
Lash extension adhesives, primers, bonders, removers, fibers, and precision tools are intended for trained lash professionals. Follow the product label, your training, and local requirements.
Which lash fiber should I choose?
OG Silk is the versatile everyday finish. Cashmere is softer and lower-shine. Cashmere Luxe is deeper and more refined. Ultra Matte gives the darkest photo-friendly definition. The Brown Edit is for softer color work. See the Lash Guide for a full comparison.
What is the difference between Easy Fan, premade fans, and W lashes?
Easy Fan assists artists who still form the fan during pickup. Premade fans arrive in a finished fan shape. W lashes use a branched structure to add texture and coverage with one placement.
Can I use lash adhesive on myself?
No. Professional eyelash extension adhesive should be used only by a trained professional on a client whose eyes remain closed throughout the service.
Orders and shipping
Where do you ship?
The store is currently configured for U.S. delivery. Available services, costs, and delivery estimates appear at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Tracking is emailed when the carrier accepts the shipment. Peak periods and holidays can add time.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before fulfillment begins.
Returns and order issues
What can be returned?
Eligible unopened, unused, and resalable products may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Opened liquids, adhesives, lash trays, and hygiene-sensitive products are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item and shipping packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.
